The financial results of FLEXOPACK S.A. presented an upward trend during the nine months of 2005;
Significant increase of exports

The financial figures of FLEXOPACK S.A. presented significant improvements, both on consolidated and corporate basis, according to the Interim financial statements of the 9M 2005 that were drawn up according to IFRS.

More specifically, on corporate level, sales reached euro 21,058 thousand up by some 22.4% compared to the respective period of 2004. Pre-tax profits amounted to euro 2,001 thousand (+28%) as opposed to the corresponding period in 2004. After-tax profits stood at ?1,361 thousand, increased by some 26.4%.

It is worth mentioning that the company's exports increased by 40.1% during the nine months of 2005, as they reached ?9,802 thousand in relation with the same period last year, accounting for 46.5% on the total turnover of the company.

On consolidated basis, corresponding figures compared to the nine months of 2004 are as follows:
- Sales amounted to euro 23,809 thousand, increasing by 20.3%;
- Pre-tax profits rose by 29.6% to euro 2,506 thousand; and
- Profits aftert tax and minority interests reached 1,519 thousand, up by some 30.2%.
