As of Monday February 17, 2003 new interest rates on Housing and Consumer Loans as well as Cards will apply. This move aims at balancing our pricing policy, so as to cover general operating costs within the existing institutional framework. It also aims at rationalizing interest rates, costs and commissions, in application of the decision of the supervisory authorities for transparency:

1. LOANS AND ADVANCES (*)

1. Alpha Housing Loans
- with a fixed interest rate for the first year 4.90%
- with fluctuating interest rate 6.00%
- with a fixed interest rate for three years 6.10%
- with a fixed interest rate for five years 6.30%
- with a fixed interest rate for ten years 6.75%
- with a fixed interest rate for fifteen years 6.75%

The above interest rates are increased by 100 to 200 basic points according to the degree, in which the loan exceeds the regulatory value of the real estate property.

2. Alpha Repair Housing Loans

- with a fixed interest rate for three years 8.35%
- with a fixed interest rate for five years 8.55%
