New contract with the Greek Army for military Telecom equipment

On July 18th, 2003, INTRACOM signed a contract with the Greek Army, worth euro 724,000, for the supply of two (2) VSAT mobile satellite ground stations to cover the communications needs of mobile headquarters units, peace-keeping forces and emergency missions. The above contract was signed following a public open Tender in which INTRACOM stood out as the lowest bidder.

VSAT stations are designed by INTRACOM and will be manufactured at the company?s facilities in Peania. This procurement enhances INTRACOM?s already substantial activity in designing and integrating internationally innovative systems within the field of satellite applications.
