Piraeus Real Estate Investment Co. announces that Mr. Michalis Andrianos, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus R.E.I.T., resigned today.
The Board, in a meeting earlier today, elected as new Non-Executive Member Mr. Kallinikos Kalinko-Kallinikos.
