Following the resignation of Mr.Alexandros A.Kotsaftis, non-executive BoD Member, the BoD of the company CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A., during its session on 4.11.2005, replaced the aforementioned member with Mr.Konstantopoulos Ch.Nikolaos, executive of the company since April 2000. Thus, the new BoD of the company, after the aforesaid replacement, is comprised of the following:
