ALUMIL S.A. announces that Mr. Gilles Gambade will further his involvement in the Group undertaking General Management of the International Operations Department. Having studied Business Administration, International Finance and System & Operational Analysis in French Universities, Mr. Gambade is now in charge of ALUMIL's international expansion through group subsidiaries.

His extensive, 25-year experience in Europe, Africa and North America, focusing primarily on corporate development, IT & Organization, Logistics and Project Management (including the oil industry among others), derives from various trade, manufacturing, and service industries in Greece and abroad (ADDAX, TVX, CHYMA, Mednet, AMREP Group, HAY Group). His skills, in tandem with the effective completion of a variety of successive international projects (more than 60), are expected to contribute substantially to ALUMIL's continuing growth according to strategic targets.
