According to the paragraphs 2c and 2d of article 277 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A announces that it intends to convene the year 2005 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Company shareholders within the period from May 23rd to June 10th, 2005. The Company`s shares will be trading ex-dividend from the next business day following the date of the GM. The payment of the dividend will commence no later than 20 calendar days following the date of the GM.
