The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the listing of 45,502,500 common registered shares of “FAIS GROUP S.A.” (ISIN: GRS542003009) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The trading of shares will be taking place on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.
