The Athens Stock Exchange welcomed today the management, executives, and associates of Orilina Properties on the company's listing on the Main Market. The company’s CEO, Marios Apostolinas, marked the opening of the trading session by ringing the traditional bell.

Nikolaos Porfyris, Chief Operating Officer of the Athens Exchange Group, highlighted the successful completion of Orilina Properties’ public offering, noting that the funds raised will finance the company’s two development projects in Elliniko, with a total investment of €77.4 million. "Orilina’s listing on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange coincides with a particularly favorable period, both for the domestic economy as a whole and for the Athens Stock Exchange, which ranks among the top three performing international markets this year. We wish the company every success in its future endeavors. In every meaningful growth effort, we will be by your side," Mr. Porfyris emphasized. "Orilina Properties is the 14th real estate investment company to be listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and the fourth in its sector to go public in the last two years. "

For his part, Marios Apostolinas, CEO of Orilina Properties, stated: "Orilina embarks on its journey on the Athens Stock Exchange with a strong shareholder base and significant dispersion. It has a dynamic growth plan, which will be supported by the raised funds.
