-    Commencement of trading of 1,257,995,354 new ordinary shares of “ATTICA BANK S.A.” (ISIN: GRS001003052), as a result of the share capital increase, through the exercise of the Warrants. 

Monday, December 9th, 2024
-    Commencement of trading for the shares of “GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC” (ISIN: CY0200252118) with new par value of €0.0736 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.09 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company’s shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, December 10th, 2024.
