A. it announces that with decision of Administrative Council of 13/12/2004 were decided the publication of Common Compulsary Loan, height 6.000.000,00 euros and duration of five (5) years, the convention contracting of which, was signed the 21/12/2004, with organizer the National Bank of Greece.

Aim of the Compulsary Loan is the settlement of total of short-term obligations of Company to the banks.
