Intralot Inc. is announcing the successful execution of its On-Line Gaming System Contract with the Nebraska Lottery, following a series of background investigations required by the State of Nebraska. Intralot will install its LOTOS? On-line gaming computer system and provide approximately 1,500 of its Coronis full-function terminals at retailer locations across the state.

Commencing on July 1, 2004, the term of the contract is for seven (7) years with one 2-year extension option. Intralot will provide the Lottery with all new state-of-the-art gaming equipment, software and related services, with significant emphasis placed on increasing sales through the development and implementation of customized and innovative marketing and promotional programs.
