As an effect of the recent merger of HALCOR S.A. with FITCO S.A. and the broader reorganizing process, the Company announces the following internal changes:
- Mr. Spyros Kokkolis undertakes the place of Financial Manager of HALCOR Group.
- Mr. Anastasios Kassis undertakes the place of Financial Manager of HALCOR.
- Mr. Evangelos Kotsios undertakes the place of Investor Relations Officer of HALCOR.
