The offer of the 24,45% of the existing shares of OPAP S.A. by the Greek State to the investment public, will result to the increase of the weight of the share of OPAP S.A. in indices FTSE/ASE 20 and FTSE/ASE 140 from 30% to 50% due to the large amount of the issue.

The new weight of the share of OPAP S.A. will be valid after the end of the trading session of 16/07/2003.
