GOODY'S sells part of its participation in the companies NERATZIOTISSA RESTAURANTS S.A. and MALIAKOS RESTAURANTS S.A.

A/ The company announces the selling of 13.3% of its participation in the company NERATZIOTISSA RESTAURANTS S.A. (under construction GOODY'S restaurant in Maroussi). As a result the participation of GOODY'S S.A. becomes 60% from 73.3%.
B/ The company announces the selling of 24% of its participation in the company MALIAKOS RESTAURANTS S.A. (GOODY'S restaurant). As a result the participation of GOODY'S S.A. becomes 51% from 75%.
