Full year 2011 results

In 2011, the Company posted profit after tax of Euro 3.6 million, as in last year,

after the one-off tax based on 2009 profits (Law 3845/2010). Turnover reached

Euro 10.7 million, compared to Euro 12.5 million in 2010.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2011.
