Full-Year 2004 results of KRI-KRI Group show a significant improvement. Group operating revenues reached euro 22.54 mil from euro 19.55 mil in 2003, an increase of 15.30%, while net profit before taxes and after minority rights amounted to euro 2.412 mil versus euro 2.205 mil in 2003, a rise of 9.40%. Finally, group EBITDA reached euro 4.404 mil, comparing to last year's euro 4.221 mil.

As far as the parent company is concerned, revenues increased by 15.70%, reaching euro 20.97 mil. In addition, net earnings before taxes amounted to euro 2.354 mil, a 10.44% increase (y-o-y). It has to be mentioned that gross profit margin was also improved, reaching 46.51%, in spite of the growth of the participation of dairy products on company's turnover (dairy products are of far lower gross profitability, than ice-cream). This improvement can be attributed to the reduction of production cost that came from the extended company's investments, in 2004.

In 2004, the capital earned from the last company's capital increase was fully disposed. Investments on fixed assets reached euro 5.36 mil for 2004, while there are no bank loans.
