In accordance with article 4 par.4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the Large Capitalization Category, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, J&P-AVAX S.A. informs you the following:

a) the announcement of the 2013 Annual Financial Results will take place on  Monday March 31, 2014.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2013 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Friday April 11, 2014.

c) the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Tuesday June 24, 2014.

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2013.
