Date of announcement of press release with comments on the Annual Economic Report: Monday 28.04.2025

Date of announcement of the Annual Economic Report on the Athens Stock Exchange: Monday 28.04.2025 before the market opening.

Date of announcement of the Annual Financial Report on www.unibios.gr website: Monday 28.04.2025.

Date of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday 05.09.2025, TIME: 14:00.

Date of announcement of the results for the first semester 2024: Tuesday 30.09.2025 after the close of the market

The Board of Directors of the company will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a capital return.

Cut-off Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Thursday  9.10.2025

Record Date for Return of Capital:                                                             Friday        10.10.2025

Payment Date for Return of Capital:                                                         Thursday   16.10.2025
