• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2024 (1.1.2024-31.12.2024), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Thursday 27 March 2025 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions)

• Annual briefing to analysts, fund managers and investment community at the Greek Institutional Investors Association, Wednesday 2 April 2025.

• Date of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting: Thursday 29 May 2025.

• Year 2024 ex-dividend date is set for Tuesday 1 July 2025.

• Year 2024 dividend Record date (Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T)) is set for Wednesday 2 July 2025.

• Year 2024 dividend payment date is set for Tuesday 8 July 2025.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the Dividend are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Detailed information will be provided by the company with an announcement at a later date.

• Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025 – 30.06.2025): Thursday 18 September 2025 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions). The above report will be available on the Company's website and the official ASE website.
