The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is the competent body to decide on the distribution or non-distribution of dividends. It is noted that the Company intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting the non-distribution of any dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the investing public is informed in a timely manner through an amendment of the present announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
