The Company N. LEVENTERIS S.A. in the context of the correct, valid and timely information of the investing public and in accordance 
with articles 4.1 desicion 25 of the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces the Financial calendar of the year 2025:

The announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2024 will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, with the posting on the website of the company
(www.leventeris.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange before the start of the meeting.

The Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders will take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. No dividend will be distributed for the year 2024. 
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in time of this amendment, in accordance with the provisions
of the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange.
