FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

In the context of proper, valid, and timely information for the investing public, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.1.1 (item 2) and 4.1.2 (paragraph 1) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in force, as well as Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Steering Committee of Capital Markets of the Athens Stock Exchange, the Société Anonyme under the name “ILYDA S.A. – COMMERCIAL AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND SERVICE PROVISION” (hereinafter “the Company”) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025 as follows:

• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements for the financial year 2024 (01.01.2024–31.12.2024), prepared in accordance with IFRS: Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

The Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2024 will be available on the Company’s website (www.ilyda.com/index.php/gr/investor-relations/financial-statements), as well as on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the end of the trading session of the Athens Exchange of the above date.

• Date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday, July 18, 2025
• Dividend Cut-off Date for the financial year 2024: Thursday, July 31, 2025
• Dividend Record Date for the financial year 2024: Friday, August 1, 2025
• Dividend Payment Start Date for the financial year 2024 through a credit institution or through the Hellenic Central Securities Depository (HCSD): Wednesday, August 6, 2025

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the dividend are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Further details concerning the above, as well as the date of publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report of 30/6/2025 (First Half of 2025), will be provided in a future announcement by the Company at a later date.

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates and/or the contents of this Financial Calendar, provided that timely information is given to the investing public by amending the present document, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
