Financial Calendar 2025

The company Euroconsultants S.A., in the context of its obligations to inform the investing public in accordance with Decision 25 of the Athens Stock Exchange and Article 4.1.1. of the ATHEX Rulebook, announces to the investing public the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, as follows:

• Thursday, April 24, 2025: Date of publication of the Annual Financial Report (the publication of the financial results on the ATHEX website will take place after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session on 24.4.2025).
• Thursday, April 24, 2025: Date of announcement with commentary on the annual financial results.
• Friday, May 30, 2025: Date of the Annual General Meeting.

A proposal will be made by the Company’s Board of Directors for the distribution of a dividend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Ex-Dividend, Record, and Payment Dates are as follows:

• Ex-Dividend Date: Monday, 30.6.2025
• Record Date: Tuesday, 1.7.2025
• Payment Date: Friday, 4.7.2025

The company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that it informs the investing public in a timely manner by modifying the present document, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
