FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

In the framework of providing correct and timely information to investors and pursuant to article 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, CENTRIC Holdings S.A. announces its Financial Calendar of 2025:

• April 30^th 2025. Announcement of the Full Year 2024 Financial Statements in the company’s webpage www.centric.gr and in the Athens Exchange web page www.athexgroup.gr after the closing of the trading session.
• April 30^th 2025. Announcement of the commentary of  Full Year 2024 Financial Statements in the company’s webpage www.centric.gr and in the Athens Exchange web page www.athexgroup.gr.
• July 16^th 2025.  Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
• September 30^th 2025. Announcement of the Half Year 2025 Financial Statements in the company’s webpage www.centric.gr and in the Athens Exchange web page www.athexgroup.gr after the closing of the trading session.

The Company will propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders to not distribute any dividend for the Financial Year 2024.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant timely notification of the public by amending the present according to the rules of the Athens Exchanges Rulebook.
