Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Report (Company and Consolidated) for the fiscal year 2024 (1.1.2024-31.12.2024), with posting on the company's website (www.ave.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr), prepared in accordance with IFRS/IAS: Wednesday, April 30,2025 (after the close of the ATHEX session).

Date of announcement of the commentary on the annual financial results for the fiscal year 2024: Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

Date of announcement and publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Results (Corporate and Consolidated) for the first half of fiscal year 2025 (1.1.2025-30.06.2025): Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (after the close of the ATHEX session).

Date of the Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

 It is noted that the Company intends to propose at the Annual General Meeting the non-distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024.
