• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2024 (1.1.2024-31.12.2024), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Wednesday 30th Αpril 2025
The Financial Results will be uploaded before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the Company's website: www.voyatzoglou.gr and the Athens Stock Exchange website: www.athexgroup.gr.

• The Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025.
• The Company's Board of Directors will submit a proposal to the Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders for the non-distribution of a dividend for the year 2024 (01.01.2024-31.12.2024).
• Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025-30.06.2025): Tuesday 30th September 2025 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions).
