• Date of publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 01.01.2024–31.12.2024: April 28, 2025, after the close of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange, on the Company’s website (www.e-jumbo.gr) , specifically at https://corporate.e-jumbo.gr/ , and on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr ).

• Date of the annual analyst briefing regarding the financial results of the fiscal year 01.01.2024–31.12.2024: April 29, 2025

(Note: The analyst briefing will take place via teleconference at 15:30 local time).

• Date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders: June 11, 2025

Regarding the proposal for dividend distribution, if any, as well as the publication date of the Semi-Annual Financial Reports, the Company will issue a subsequent announcement.

The Company reserves the right to amend the aforementioned dates. In such a case, the investing public will be duly informed in a timely manner.
