Financial Calendar 2025

The Société Anonyme with "AUTOMATIC DIAGNOSTIC ANALYZERS AND PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES MEDICON HELLAS S.A." (the "Company"), in the context of the accurate, reliable and timely  information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1 c. 2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and Article 2 of Decision 25 of the Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange,  announces the Company's Financial Calendar for the year 2025:

1. The Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements 2024 and the posting of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2024 on the company's website (www.mediconsa.com) as well as on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025.
2. The Financial Results for the first half of 2025 will be posted on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and the Company (www.mediconsa.com) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
3. The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
4.  The Ex-Dividend Right for the fiscal year 2024 will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. (*)
5. Beneficiaries of the Dividend for the fiscal year are those registered in the records of the Intangible Securities System (DSS) on Thursday, July 3, 2025.  (*)
6. Dividend Payment starts on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.  (*)

*The above-mentioned dates regarding the dividend distribution are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company clarifies that the financial results will be announced after the end of the Athens Exchange meeting on the Company's website (www.mediconsa.com) and on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).

The Company reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates, after first informing the Investing Public in a timely manner, by amending the present.
