Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 1^st of July 2025.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 21^st of August 2025.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 22^nd of August 2025.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 27^th of August 2025.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.
