Due to the merger of Elliniki Technodomiki S.A. with Volos Technical Company S.A. and consequently the cessation of trading of the shares of Volos Technical Company S.A., as of July 29, 2002 the following changes will take place: the share of Volos Technical Co S.A. in FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80 will be replaced by the share of OPAP S.A. This share was the first share in rank according to the Ground Rules on July 25, 2002, which was conducted according to section 7.2.2. of the Ground Rules for the Calculation & Management of FTSE/ASE 20, FTSE/ASE Mid 40 & FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80.

The share of OPAP S.A. will participate in FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80 as of July 2002 with weight 30%.
