The Indices Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, following the announcement of EUREKO B.V. concerning the expiration of the acceptance period of the Public Offer, which resulted to the concentration of the 98.07% of the shares of the company INTERAMERICAN HELLENIC LIFE INSURANCE Co., approved as of September 19, 2001, the erase of the company from the Athens Composite Index, as well as from the Insurance index.
