According to the ASE Ground Rules of the Indices and due to the merger of DELTA INFORMATICS S.A. with SINGULAR S.A., the Athens Stock Exchange announces the cease of trading of the shares of DELTA INFORMATICS S.A.: the shares of the company DELTA INFORMATICS S.A. will be erased from the General Index of the Main Market of the ASE, the Total Return GENERAL Index and the Index of the Information Technology sector. The replacement of the Company's shares will take place at the next ordinary re-formation of the ASE Indices.
