Due to the merger through absorption of the company LANTEC COMMUNICATIONS S.A. by the company LAN-NET S.A. and consequently the cessation of trading of the share of LANTEC COMMUNICATIONS S.A. as of December 2, 2003, the erasure of the specific share from the Indices it participates is provided (ATHEX Parallel Market Price Index, ATHEX Parallel Total Return Index and ATHEX High Velocity Index).

According to the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of the Price Indices of the Shares? Market (par. 10.7) the above share is instantly replaced by the runner-up share, according to the classification criteria of the corresponding Index during the most recent ordinary revision.

More specifically, the following changes will take place:

• In the ATHEX Parallel Market Price Index, the share of the company LANTEC COMMUNICATIONS S.A. (CR) is erased and is replaced by the share of the company SARANTIS S.A. (CR).

• In the ATHEX Parallel Total Return Index the share of the company LANTEC COMMUNICATIONS S.A. (CR) is erased and it is replaced by the share of the company SARANTIS S.A. (CR)

• In the ATHEX High Velocity Index the share of the company LANTEC COMMUNICATIONS S.A. (CR) is erased and it replaced by the share of the company KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A. and weighting by 100%

The replacement will take place after the end of the trading session of 1.12.2003.
