Due to the merger of the Company AGRICULTURAL LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE CO with AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE S.A. and consequently the cessation of trading of the shares of AGRICULTURAL LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE CO., as of January 2, 2003, the following change will be realized according to the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of the Price Indices of the Shares Market of the ATHEX: the share of AGRICULTURAL LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE CO will be deleted from the Insurance index.

The completion of the position of the share will be realized during the next ordinary six-month revision.
