Due to the transfer of the shares of the Company "HALYPS CEMENT S.A." (CR) to the special market category of "LOW LIQUIDITY" (Market B) and according to the Decision 33 (5/11/1999) of the ATHENS EXCHANGE Board of Directors, the erasure of the particular share from every index in which it participates is approved. In particular the following change will be realized: the (CR) shares of HALYPS CEMENT S.A. will be deleted from ATHENS EXCHANGE "NON METALLIC MINERAL & CEMENT" PRICE INDEX. The particular share will not be replaced immediately in the above mentioned index.
