ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE - Exclusion of K.DOUDOS and FANCO from ASE Indices

Due to the transfer of the shares of the companies K.DOUDOS S.A. and FANCO S.A. to Market C of the ASE (under supervision) and according to Regulation No 32 of the ASE, these shares are excluded from the index they participate. Specifically, the following changes will take place: the share of K. DOUDOS S.A. is excluded from the General Index of the Main Market of the ASE, from the Industrial sector Index and the Textiles Index. The share of FANCO S.A. is excluded from the Industrial Sector Index. The immediate substitution of these shares in those indices is not considered.
