Friday, April 25, 2025
Announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2024, in accordance with IFRS, on the Company's website (www.elton-group.com/el ) and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr), after the end of the trading session.

Friday, April 25, 2025
Announcement and publication of the Commentary on Annual Financial Results (in Greek and English), after the end of the trading session.

Tuesday, June 17, 2025
Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

The ex-dividend date for fiscal year 2024, the Record date for determining the Beneficiaries of the 2024 Dividend and the Commencement date for the 2024 Dividend will be announced immediately after the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The distribution of the dividend is subject to approval by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025, after the end of the trading session.
