The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, May 8, 2003, approved the Balance Sheet and the financial statements of fiscal year 2002 and decided, among others, the distribution of Euro 0.40 dividend per share.

The dividend will be payable on May 22, 2003 by crediting an Alpha Bank account or by the issue of a banking cheque.
Therefore, the Bank/s share, as of May 9, 2003 will be negotiated without the right to the dividend of 2002.
