The annual General Assembly of the Shareholders of the company under the name I. KLOUKINAS- I. LAPPAS S.A. dated 9/6/2004 has unanimously concluded to distribute dividend of the amount of 0,36 Euro per each share. Beneficiaries of the dividend are the Shareholders of the company at the time of closure of the session of the Athens Stock Exchange on 9/6/2004. As from 10/6/2004, the shares of the company shall be traded in the Athens Stock Exchange without the right of receiving the above dividend.

For the better and more expedient service of the shareholders, the payment of dividend shall be effected at all branches of the bank ΕFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. as from 15/07/2004 until 15/08/2004.

After the above period, the dividend shall be paid only at the main offices of the company, 3 Paster st., Athens.

For the receiving of the dividend, the Shareholders must bring their Police Identity Card, and show their Tax Registration Number and the competent Public Tax Office.

Persons other than the shareholders may receive the dividend, provided that they bring, apart from the above, also a power of attorney-at-fact stating the full data of the beneficiary, where the signature of the beneficiary shall be certified by police or other authority.
