I.KLOUKINAS-I.LAPPAS SA announces:

In accordance with the decision K2-5987/10-10-2013 of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness the merger of the company under the name “I.KLOUKINAS-I.LAPPAS  CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY SA” and its subsidiary by a 100% “KL ENERGY SA” has been approved with the absorption of the second company by the first one ,in accordance with the decisions of the BoD dated 30-12-2013,05-06-2013 and 04-09-2013 of the absorbing company , the decisions of the BoD dated 30-12-2013,05-06-2013 and 04-09-2013 of the absorbed company, the provisions of art.68-78 of the Law 2190/1920 and the art.1-5 of the Law 2166/1993.
