ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A. announced today that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2005 amounting ?0.07 per share. Beneficiares of the said dividend are company shareholders, whose names will appear on the Shareholders' Register of the company on August 2, 2005, at the close of the ATHEX's trading session, given that as of August 3, 2005 (Interim Dividend Holder-of-Record Date), the company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on the ATHEX.

The payment of the dividend in question will begin on Thursday, August 11, 2005 and will be carried out via the Central Securities Depository (CSD) in Athens to the users (Custodians and Brokerage companies) of the beneficiary-shareholders, who will state to the CSD that they are authorized to receive the interim dividend on behalf of their clients, in order to pay it to shareholders or credit it to their bank accounts. For Shareholders, whose users will not make the relevant statement to the CSD or their shares are kept in a special account, payment will be carried out by the CSD in Athens (Mavrokordatou Square & 17, Aharnon Str.-Greece), tel.+210.52.14.100 or 210-52.14.500, durings business days and hours (08:00-15:00) until Friday, November 11, 2005. After the expiry of this date, the payment of the interim dividend will be carried out only in the registered offices of the company (5, Xenias Str.-Kifissia, Athens, Greece), tel. +210.62.89.200.
