Water Supply & Sewerage Systems Co. of Athens announced today that its Annual Shareholders' General Meeting decided the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2004 amounting euro 0.06 per share. Beneficiaries of the said dividend are company shareholders, whose names have been registered on the Shareholders' Register of the company at the close of the ATHEX's trading session on June 29, 2005. Also, as of June 30, 2005, the company's shares are traded ex-dividend on the ATHEX.The payment of the dividend in question will begin on 26/08/2005 and will be carried out via all the branches of Agrotiki Bank S.A.
