Due to the merger of the company "PETROLA HELLAS S.A." with "HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A." and the subsequent erasure of the share of "PETROLA HELLAS S.A.", as of October 1st 2003, the delisting of the aforesaid share from the Industrial & Refinery Index is about to take place.

More specifically,

• The share of company "SHELMAN SWISSHELLENIC WOOD PROD. MANUF. S.A." is replacing the share of ?PETROLA HELLAS S.A.? in the Industrial Index.

• The share of the company "PETROLA HELLAS S.A." is being deleted from the Refinery Index and its position remains vacant in accordance with the terms defined in the Ground Rules relevant to the Management and Calculation of price indices in the Securities Market of the ATHEX (§6.5.1).
