Correction to FTSE/ASE Review

Correction to FTSE/ASE Review Athens Stock Exchange, in agreement with FTSE, announces a correction to the previous FTSE/ASE Market Review and includes COSMOTE into the FTSE/ASE 20 Index. COSMOTE had been initially excluded from the FTSE/ASE Indices because the ASE database erroneous reflected company''s free float at 14.75% instead of the actual 15.75% as of 30.04.01, while a company must have a free float greater than 15% to be eligible according to the FTSE/ASE Ground Rules.

Therefore, COSMOTE is eligible to be included into the FTSE/ASE 20 Index, as its market capitalization ranks it among the ten biggest listed companies. The fact that COSMOTE is now included into the FTSE/ASE 20 Index induces a chain of reclassifications as follows :

1. INTRASOFT is removed from FTSE/ASE 20 and replaces SILVER & BARYTE ORES MINING which is removed from the FTSE/ASE Mid 40.

2. SILVER & BARYTE ORES MINING is removed from FTSE/ASE 40 and replaces KLEEMAN HELLAS which is altogether removed from FTSE/ASE 80 Small Cap.

The above reclassifications have been effected according to the established Ground Rules reported on ASE''s web site.
