EYDAP S.A. announces that, pursuant to the resolution of the BoD, no 18237/2013, a Private Settlement Agreement was signed yesterday 12/16/2013, according to which, the amount of euro 55 mn is paid to pending, for several years - in some cases more than 20 - categories of civil actions brought by employees and retired employees - about 2,500 cases - for which favorable, final and irrevocable decisions have been issued. This amount is paid against total claims of euro 129.783 mn, which are broken down to euro 57.429 mn capital and euro 72.354 mn legal interest. This agreement has no impact on the Company's equity and financial statements, as the company had, over time, formed for this purpose adequate provisions.
