EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that at today's meeting, which followed the initial Annual General Meeting, a quorum was not reached. Therefore, in accordance with article 30 paragraph 2 of the Company's Articles of Association, the General Meeting will be invited and will convene in a repeat session, on Tuesday, June 2^nd, 2015, at the headquarters of the Company Oropou 156 Galatsi at 11:00 am. The relevant invitation will be published at least 10 days before the scheduled meeting.
