The company announces its cooperation with the company PEGASUS PUBLICATIONS S.A. on the creation of a new publications company. The final participation percentages on the new company are 50% for each company. The name of the new company will be "MIKRES AGELIES S.A.", it will be situated in Athens, the duration of its activities will be 30 years and its share capital will amount at 1,600,000 euro. The BoD of the company will consist of six members and its activity will concern of the publications of a weekly newspaper with announcements under the name "MIKRES AGELIES".
