INTRALOT S.A.

'Contract in Nigeria' the first in Africa for INTRALOT

INTRALOT signed a contract with the Lottery Game organization of Lagos, Nigeria, regarding the supply of an integrated on-line system, which includes the LOTOS platform, 600 terminals connected via GPRS and the software for two numerical games. The value of this supply in the initial stage of the contract is euros 1.6 million, plus the system technical support during the contract's 10-year duration.

The system is expected to launch operations at the beginning of the second semester of 2005 and will be the 4th On-Line lottery system in Africa. The State of Lagos, with a population of 10.3 million people, is the most economically developed state of the country while it is the business capital of Nigeria, which is the 2nd richest country in Africa.

It is worth mentioning that by undertaking this project in Nigeria, INTRALOT extends its geographic expansion and marks the entry of the company in a new continent - after Europe, America and Asia - thus creating the right conditions for expansion into other Nigerian States as well as into neighboring countries.
