EVROFARMA S.A., according to Decision 5.204.14/11/2000 of the HCMC, informs the investing public about the conclusion of a six-year bond loan amounting EUR 4.5 million. The said loan will be used for the partial refinancing of existing long-term loans.

Also, Piraeus Bank S.A. has been appointed as underwriter.
